Fishing Notes |
---|
This afternoon my nephew Nick and his friend Eric got on the water about 1:30 and fished until 3. We ran up the Glaze and tried to find some wind to fish the ploppers. Often I can just turn a corner around a point and find some wind, but there was none at all to be found. Since we only had a short time to fish we covered water with the plopper and slowed down a bit with the jig. We caught all three of our fish and the one keeper on a bluff ledge bank. Wind has been very important for the quality bites Ive been getting on the Whopper Plopper. |
